JMAS Gets Fits 

Start the new year off right with JMAS, get moving!

This year JMAS will be hosting its first ever fitness bi-weekly event to kick off the year right!

This event will be in collaboration with a professional trainer from Report Fitness and we will be doing a one hour guided HIIT workout. No materials will be required for the workout.
